Rental prices vary by district and apartment size. A 1-bedroom in newer construction averages 4-6M UZS (≈$300-450), a 2-bedroom in the centre 8-15M UZS (≈$600-1,100), and premium apartments in Mirabad or Yakkasaray districts start at 20M UZS (≈$1,500).
How are landlords verified?+
We collect passport, property ownership documents, and apartment photographs from each landlord. Our admin team manually reviews these. Verified landlords display a blue 'Verified' badge on their profile.
How much is the deposit?+
The deposit is typically one month's rent and paid directly to the landlord. UyJoy is developing a deposit-protection service — this feature is coming soon.
What is the minimum rental period?+
UyJoy is built for long-term rentals. The minimum is usually 3 months; most listings require 6 or 12 months. Daily or hourly rentals are not supported here.
Why use UyJoy instead of other sites?+
